60HABIT - everything we do over and over becomes easier and easier until we cannot not do it anymore.
All of us know that habits are very difficult to change and forces us to be conscious of our actions in order to break the habit. Some habits are more positive than others. However all habits are not ideal, because when a habit takes over our consciousness leaves. The goal for all of us is to live in each moment and to be aware what it is we are thinking and doing. To live life fully we need to remain present for our life. Take control of your mind and thoughts. Remember, your Soul is in charge of your life and should be the one in control and directing the movements of the body.
Take one habit you have and intend to be rid of it. No matter how small or seemingly insignificant that habit may be. By doing this you are regaining control over your life and empowering yourself. When we make our intentions come true we are providing more power and stronger energy into our next intention. This process also builds confidence and faith in oneself. So be sure your first habit to break is very attainable.
